Hi Everyone,
I have tried alot to open the online application page i.e icaiexam.icai.org, but its saying page cannot be displayed.please help.Is there any other way to fill online forms?
Hi,
Usually the website would not be accessible if that is under maintenance. However the particular site is accessible.
I would suggest:
1) Check your browser. Use a newer version of the browser like Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3.5. Older browsers are not able to display the newer technologies being used in websites.
2) Check whether your browser is javascript enabled. This can be checked from the “Tools –> Options” of your browser. All e-transaction websites use javascript
Hi,
Website open, Registration form is also accessible. But first input is about exam and they not giving option in list box. And without selecting it, form cannot be completed. Whats d problem ? I have tried in all browsers.
Its not always a good idea to fill the online form on the very first day – as ICAI usually keeps on doing testing for the online application in the initial one / two days.
Update: I find that the ICAI website now says that the Exam forms would now be available from 8th Feb onwards (earlier it was 5th).
When will the online cpt exam in 2010 be held?
Reply by Anup: Please keep checking the website: http://www.icai.org Whenever notification would come – it would first appear there.
As per latest decision of ICAI Council, the Online CPT exams shall be held ten times in a year – in addition to – paper pencil mode exam that would be held twice a year in June and December.
i have internet connection but i donot have a Printer connected to it. Is it possible to fill the examination form at a computer and get the printout/hard copy from a different computer or do i have to carry out the entire form filling up procedure from a computer that has both an internet connection and a printout.i shall be appearing for the nov 2010 exams.kindly help me out.
Yes definitely you can complete the online process on a computer that does not have printer. A PDF file is generated (check out the screen-shots). This PDF file remains till the last date of sending application. You can download the PDF file save it on your computer / pen drive; or even access this file from any other computer connected to internet.
thanks…it was really helpful.

But sir i have checked whole instruction from icai and not found anything stating any wrong act can be rectified by cutting it with red ink & so on as specified by you. is it really fine and are you sure that we can do that..?
again if we do that i don’t think computer will able to scan the same.
please help me out with same..thanks
Plz help yourself and talk with exam helpline.
What is supposed to be filled in the Last appearance details in the following situation: Attempt given for both the groups in May, 2010, however only group II cleared.
Please check the screenshots – or if you have the login – login to your account. There are two options: “Last Appearance Details“. Here you fill your result as per the marksheet. Then there is the option “Passing Details of Finals” – in this there is the option to select which group you have passed.
Do I need to upload the photo? Or can i just paste it after the print out? Also, the same question about the signature.
They are optional fields. In my opinion its better to sign and paste photograph after taking printout.
thanks a ton.
I am unable to create my login ID. The message displayed is Registration No and DOB not matching Whats the solution

I cleared Group II of Final C.A in May, 2010 (my first attempt). How should I fill up details of last appearance in the online exam form
Check the screenshots. You have to fill the columns in terms of the marksheet issued to you by ICAI.
sir i want to know whether there is any last date for submission of registration form for ca final.
There is no last date as such for CA final registration. However the earliest you register, the earlier you get to appear in the Finals – except in case – if you are still undergoing articleship. In case you are still an article, then you would be eligible to appear in final in the last 6 months / 1 year depending on your stream of training.
But why have you posted it here? Do you want to know the last date of registration for ca final exams for Nov 2010? Then its 03-Sept-2010
I have completed my articleship and submitted my 108 but not received the confirmation letter from the institute can i get the form signed by any other member of the institute other then my principal
Thank You
If you have completed articleship before filling the form then you can get it signed by any member in practice.
