I find that different visitors to this website are putting in their grievances & complaints relating to BSNL through comments on this page.

It has been repeated again & again that indiapoint.net is in no way related to any organisation & that this is a private website.

i have disconnected my landline phone no.=033-2571 8944 issued under the name of paresh guchait and also the broadband plan which was under the same.
but i have not got my refund back of both landline connection and braoadband plan.
I have also completed all the procedures for the same.
so,kindly look into the matter and help me as soon as possible.

I would like to have a bsnl broadband connection in kalawar village, koteswara kundapur taluk. since last 6 month we are trying submit our applicaton and get receipt but conserned officer are not willing to do so. Keep on asking labour charge, material charge etc before taking the application………….. is it official? is telcom authority aware of such things? is the service so poor in bsnl?
please let me have a feedback on this regard.

Find out the details – it may be they are full of capacity and therefore are not able to give additional connections

to be frank this is one of the last silly thing i will be doing to save my cell one number [EDIT]. i have complained several times to the customer care/people who check mobile network/ udupi DGM [EDIT].. and so on. the general trend is like this. if u go to bsnl office with a complaint they will say you call higher officials..we cant do anything. higher officials are saying because of [EDIT] s 2G scam there will not be any developmental works in bsnl for long time to come. oh.. i forgot my complaint… I AM GETTING WEAK SIGNAL IN MY CLINIC @NEW MEDICAL CENTRE, SHET BUILDING, MAIN ROAD, KUNDAPURA, UDUPI DISTRICT, KARNATAKA. one person below DGM even gave a very good idea. CHANGE NETWORK. no headache sir….. is anybody listening?

my old no was 0721 2578000 which i changed to 0721 2568888. i make online payment through bsnl portal. I get recepts with old no 2578000. i made many complaints also through link mentioned above. i got answer that it is a portal system problem , informed to itpc hyderabad &will be rectified shortly. even after 3 months over, nothing happens. Dont pay any bribe!

I would suggest that as you have waited for these few weeks, do two things:

Firstly put up complaint at: http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp

Secondly write to the following address – write on email, and also if possible put in a letter with the complete details alongwith the receipt of your cash deposit to the following address:

i have apply for bsnl land line with internet connection at SHIVPURI (MP) dated 15-7-11 & I dipseted 1000/-Rs. cash on same date. But till date they are doing nothing till today. there is [EDITED] wants 500/- Rs. for as a connection , I surprised why they want 500/- Rs. (its a bribe)
Respected sir, now i dont want any connection of BSNL so please refunded my 1000/- Rs. that i deposeted. please reply sooner.

As far as I know, there is no such provision. However you may confirm from local CSC (Customer Service Center) if BSNL can provide such thing.

However, in my opinion a better way is, that if you want to keep records (not the messy paper type), do the online recharge/topup from bsnl.co.in

I would as well add, that the way the cable system works – we have two BSNL landline phones – and both have been drawn from different DP. So recently during rains & also some road digging work, one of the phone was out for nearly two weeks. But the other phone was working properly.

So another solution can be that you can ask them to change the DP from where the wires of your phone comes.

DP = Distribution Point

our bsnl landline is half the time dead and the broadband connection dies in every 10 mins. is there any other option to get rid of argueing with illiterate employees? every time they give an excuse that bcoz of the rainy season the land line is dead…but my question is In a city like mumbai, do people really stop talking through there bsnl landlines? gujarat adipur (kutch)

2. Chief General Manager of BSNL of your State
3. CMD BSNL, New Delhi
4. Minister of Communication, Govt of India, New Delhi

Dear sir/madem I am complaining u on behalf of 15000 peoples that BSNL had installed a WLL tower which provides also mobile signals in the area,at BHATOLI PAKWAN village under code 01893 within DHARAMSHALA tel distt. But sir ,Its a matter of sorrow that we whole people, who uses BSNL mobiles in the area,are totally on the mercy of the land/premises owner ,on whom land this tower had been installed
because he he switch on /off the tower on his will .When we ask him abt that he insist us to us that u should complaint to telephone authorities ,that they should appiont a person here in the exchange. Sir ur deptt has given total control of the exchange to him. They r misusing electricity and genretor fascilities for their personal uses.For example u can check the electricity bill of their house till exchange has been insttalled. So ur requested to hand over the key and control of the exchange to the regular employees of ur deptt. that people can enjoy ininrupted fascilities of both BSNL WLL &Mobile services. If there will no action abt the matter i will put up this negligence of ur officials with to COMMUNICATION MINISTER.

Signal is not an individual issue, but an issue of the area. I would suggest make a representation, and get signature of 20 to 25 subscribers of your area and submit the representation to the DGM or GM incharge. If possible also take media persons with yourself!

Making complaint on such issue alone would hardly elicit any response – the reason is that it is a technical thing relating to towers and orientation of antennas – and also various other factors. Such issues are looked into only when many people would complain.

The problem with 24365 / 9400024365 is that this customer service is outsourced to some private company – and it seems that BSNL does not exercise proper control over it.

I am also a customer of BSNL like you, and in every technical issues problems are bound to be there. We only need some patience to get those resolved.
