Childhood

When it passed by, I can’t say
When the world was too tiny like a doll
Alike a fairy scroll.
During season May, we used to sing and play
But those few days have passed by the way
With innovations we had a stroll.
Memoirs are afresh but it had its toll
Still lingers if I remember it on a dry day
As those days ceased, I conquered new thought
Whatever passed had happened for something good
It was comfortingly true, what I knew
Still I should do, what I had ought
Make a good day on this world and for this I stood
And make this world anew, the choice that I drew
